As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing clients (ranging from 2-23 years old) and developing treatment plans to support their behavioral health needs.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provides frequent and quality supervision for RBTs/BTs
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of client care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting
- Proficiency in client assessment and data collection techniques
- Strong understanding of medical records and documentation
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
